We have turning lathes, live tooling turning lathes, horizontal machining centers, vertical machining centers, robotic machining, custom machining, and broach equipment. Our CNC machining services range from milling, drilling and boring, to, burnish, contour turning and , thread milling-all for a variety of materials, including aluminum, cast iron, steel, stainless steel, fiberglass, and plastic. We hold tolerances down to ±0.01mm(0 .0003 inches)  during manufacturing.
We are able to produce prototypes as well as large scale production runs, inspecting parts with a Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM) and include a lengthy process of quality control mechanisms.
